I'm Roslyn – a high level empath, a loving mother to two wonderful children, and the creative force behind Conscious Parenting Life (CPL).
My journey towards enlightenment began at the tender age of 16, and in early 2017, I experienced a profound awakening that transformed my life. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with my mother, Shuna, to nurture Spiritual Awakening Support (SAS), and now, I'm thrilled to introduce CPL as a cherished addition to our SAS family.
My passion and purpose revolve around creating the resources I yearned for during my own upbringing. I am determined to break free from generational cycles built on fear and control, and instead, provide alternative parenting strategies grounded in love, trust, respect, and cocreation.

About Shuna
I'm Shuna, a psychic intuitive, former university lecturer, and proud grandmother of two.
During the upbringing of my daughter Roslyn and her brother, I relied on traditional parenting methods and unknowingly carried emotional wounds from my own childhood, unknowingly passing on generational traumas.
Back then, the concept of being an empath or highly sensitive wasn't on my radar, leaving me unable to recognize the signs or comprehend how to fully support my children's unique needs.
However, my own awakening journey, combined with 25 years of teaching experience, has brought me a wealth of knowledge, skills, and wisdom. Now, I'm collaborating with Roslyn to create exceptional resources that will empower and support a new generation of parents on their conscious parenting journey.
